	Ah, if you stipulate that the secretary has the judgement to
 figure out what is a "real request" as opposed to junk, I have no
 objections. I also sometimes treat a CC: to secretary@d.o as
 advisory, or informative, when other (more relevant) rol e addresses
 are where the mail was sent to.
