as i said, unisys is a large organisation with many views. there may
indeed have been a Unisys representative in portugal last year, but i doubt
that it was anyone from the OSO team (which is tiny and interacts with MERIT,
so i'd probably have known if someone went).
the OSO name itself is decided by the EC and nothing we (or unisys) can do
about it, though we do have free/libre/open source software in the description
of the inventory and main pages.
