You are free to produce whatever commentaries on the constitution you wish, of course, and use your knowledge of maths to explain it to the little people who you think can't understand comparing a calculated real number with the number of developers. I apologise if that's not your position, but I can't understand why else you take issue with it, given you can understand it.

Until it is shown that this is not an isolated case of the submitter being wilfully obstructive, I will not agree that this is a bug in the constitution. Developing this on -project or -devel is one way to do that. I think there are better uses of time, though.
