Hi there,

I encountered the same problem. As https://github.com/OpenPrinting/cups/issues/1379 suggests, Allow remote administration checkboxes are also not working. Additionally, while the GitHub issue recommends upgrading to 2.4.14, the fix seems to have been implemented in 2.4.11.

I compiled 2.4.14 from source, and it's definitely fixed there.
