This is because Go packaging at Ubuntu erroneously detects gopkg.in/ini.v1 as being dependent on additional 5 external packages (though they are only used by gopkg.in/ini.v1 tests, but not by the library itself), which causes problems with propagating ipp-usb into the Ubuntu/Main, so Till asked me to remove this dependency, if possible.
