I thought it was solved, but finally the problem is back again.
I'm trying now :
------
lpadmin -p Epson_Stylus_Photo_750 -R usb-unidir-default
lpadmin -p Epson_Stylus_Photo_750 -o usb-no-reattach-default=true
-------
and will let you know if it appears again.
As you might have seen, I have uploaded a possible patch for this issue to
Debian experimental, as cups 1.6.1-2 . Can you possibly try cups 1.6.1-2 and
report on this bug if it works reliably for you? If that's the case, I might
backport the fix to Wheezy and try to get it through (which I doubt is
possible at this point of the freeze though).

Cheers,

OdyX
I was just facing the problem when you wrote to me !
I don't know why it appeared again, maybe the lpadmin settings above where lost for some reason.
Anyway it let me try the new experimental cups release and notice that it did not solve the problem.
I reapplied the lpadmin commands above and the problem was gone.
Regards,

Denis
