Package: escputil
Version: 5.2.4-1
Severity: normal

After upgrading to 5.2.4-1, attempts to read ink level result in a
segmentation violation.

  # escputil -r /dev/usb/lp0 -i

Unknown printer Stylus CX3900!
Segmentation fault

If I downgrade to the version in stable (5.0.2-4) it works perfectly.

I tried other options too:
  escputil -d -- works
  escputil -s -- segfaults

Gdb shows this backtrace:
