Package kpatch is FTBFS on ppc64el with log :

I was able to reproduce the issue on ppc64el with the error:
gcc-plugins/gcc-common.h:4:10: fatal error: bversion.h: No such file or 
directory
    4 | #include "bversion.h"



I am looking into this.
