You need to install the AMD firmware package which is currently not included
in the installer CD (known issue, I'm working on that, it's not trivial to
fix).

You can fix this issue afterwards by adding the following line to your
sources.list:

deb [arch=all] http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ unstable contrib non-free

You can use my sources.list for that [1].

After adding the entry, run:

# apt update
# apt install firmware-amd-graphics
