For test kernels of the next kernel version (2.6.32-rcX at the
moment), you can find the debian dir at

In this case, Ben identified the build failure yesterday but we really
need someone to do *regular* test builds of powerpc kernels and fix
problems before the kernel is uploaded to the archive.
