Some .debs are 404

HI folks--

I've got one machine which just cannot seem to find some .debs for upgrade.

I'm pretty sure the problem lies at my end since other machines upgraded without incident. What puzzles me is that most of the packages upgraded fine. I just looked with a browser and I _know_ that the .deb is available despite the 404.

Anyone have any ideas where to look for problems?

Machine: OldWorld 8500
Distribution: testing
Kernel: 2.4.17 (Yeah, I know it's old and overdue for upgrade, but I'm using BootX)

Output from sample apt/aptitude commands:
