Again, i've also tried this before Posting..but... :(

It has built binutils-arm-linux_2.15-5_powerpc.deb successfully, but
hangs at building gcc-arm-linux. Then i tried to run the `debuild'
manually, which stops at:

---------------------------------8<-------------------------------------
DH_COMPAT=2 dh_movefiles -plibgcc1-arm-cross
usr/arm-linux-gnu/lib/libgcc_s.so.1
dh_movefiles: Compatibility levels before 3 are deprecated.
dh_movefiles: debian/tmp/usr/arm-linux-gnu/lib/libgcc_s.so.1 not found
(supposed to put it in libgcc1-arm-cross)
tar: /usr/src/gcc-arm-linux-3.4.3/debian/movelist:cannot open: no such
file or directory
tar: unrecoverable error, will exit immediately.
sh: /usr/src/gcc-arm-linux-3.4.3/debian/movelist: no such file or directory
make[1]: *** [stamps/08-binary-stamp-libgcc] error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/gcc-arm-linux-3.4.3'
make: *** [binary] error 2
debuild: fatal error at line 765:
dpkg-buildpackage failed!
williamxu:/usr/src/gcc-arm-linux-3.4.3#
---------------------------------8<-------------------------------------

(ps. "tar: unrecoverable error, will exit immediately." is translated
from local language by me.)
