It happens when in battery, and if i recall right, once also in AC.

When i put it to sleep, i just unplug the wireless usb card and close the lid.
No other actions have been configure.

Just an idea: overheating and not running the fan? Some apple thing finds it
is getting too hot and unplugs the power?
