Windows Cross Compiler For PowerPC

Hi Folks,

I would like to use gcc to as a cross compiler running on Windows (2000 or XP, Intel PC) and generated PowerPC ELF. I recognize that the option of building such a gcc from source is always available. But does anyone know whether such a gcc cross compiler is available directly as binary, from the Debian project or from anywhere else on the web?

I saw the following thread on this subject but haven't found anything else.
