X problem ibook 2.2

I've just setup my new ibook2 800Mhz, and I can't get X to work
properly.

The logs show "AGP failed to initialize -- falling back to PCI mode."
How would I go about setting up "AGP" (whatever that is?).

Thanks for any help.
Rory
