$ cat /proc/cpuinfo
processor	: 0
cpu		: 7457, altivec supported
clock		: 999MHz
revision	: 1.1 (pvr 8002 0101)
bogomips	: 997.12
machine		: PowerBook5,2
motherboard	: PowerBook5,2 MacRISC3 Power Macintosh
detected as	: 287 (PowerBook G4 15")
pmac flags	: 0000000a
L2 cache	: 512K unified
memory		: 768MB
pmac-generation	: NewWorld

That only happens in 2.6.3-(rc?)-ben1. 2.6.2 works well from vt`s
and X. I am running fbgetty, maybe that causes the backtrace? As
well i have CONFIG_GEN_RTC=m CONFIG_GEN_RTC_X=y.

Ciao
