LSB test results for unstable/ppc

Hi debian-lsb and debian-powerpc,

Thanks to Keith Cereal we now have results for the LSB runtime tests on 
ppc/unstable. I've put them in the results section of the tracking web page,

The failures are mostly things that waivers exist for but there is one 
failure that we also have on ia64 and a few failures that are ppc specific.

Any help analyzing/fixing the failure would be appreciated. Details on the
