Just another note on this. It seems that when ever I try to start up
linux after booting into Open Firmware, and fail like I have described
below, the next time I boot into OS X the time is set back to
12/31/1969.
I assume this is going to be a larger problem when the retail version of
Panther is released. I have no problem being the guinea pig now, since
I just installed Debian on this machine its not like I lost any files.
There are other people dual booting Debian and OS X right?
