I'm looking for Keymap for a french powerbook G4

I have a powerbook since two month but my keyboard
configuration is bad.

I'm french and I'm looking for the french keymap for the
POWERBOOK G4 400 keyboard. Where Can I find it ? and is
there a valid file for the keyboard configuration for X too
?

ps : what's the program to show the code of a key under X ??
