the disk copy in later versions of macos can handle .bin files and turn
them into floppies. i don't know if that's the case with macos 8.1's disk
copy, but you could check apple's FTP site, they *may* have what need
(tho IIRC they only have 6.3.3 up there :/) - or, u could pilfer a later
version from a macos 8.6 to 9.x.x-owning friend (or i could send you one).
