I have posted to this list in hopes of finding an answer about resetting
the hardware clock on my
powercenter 120 but I haven't received any answer.

I can't do much on the system (like compiling a kernel) since tar craps
out in relation to the clock.  Is thee a way in Linux to do it.  I have
tried with date and that doesn't work
