Indeed. I have a UMAX SCSI scanner which only works on PPC if I enable debugging in the SCSI generic driver source, and then only once or twice before it quits. Works fine in MacOS -- well, if the OS would not crash after every two or three scans. :-)

(Actually, I figured out a way to make it not crash, if I not only closed all other programs but had to never run some between boot and scanning, and had to avoid certain features, and do certain things in a certain order, and sprinkled the magic dust, and... well, this is MacOS we're talking about.)

Looking into this is on my post-release todo list...
