Have you read my post about it? I said Xkb is broken for XkbModel "macintosh".
Probably broken upstream that is, the package even sets the model correctly
now. Either switch to Linux keycodes and use XkbModel "pc104" or disable Xkb
with

    Option "XkbDisable"
