I take it a fix would require more that just a drop-in file
replacement...

It'll be a shame to give up on my Estrella after all the hours I spent
installing Linux the thing 8^/

A couple of questions: can I switch my harddrive to an adaptec 2940
instead of the internal controller?

Is the IDE interface supported on Blackhawk boards, and can I boot
from it?
