It's a harmless error.  If you compile your own kernel, edit 
arch/ppc/kernel/pmac_time.c, and in pmac_set_rtc_time, look for something like
case: CUDA
     ....
     //if(req.reply_len != 7)
       printk("pmac_set_rtc_time: got %d byte reply\n");
     ...

And uncomment and change the if(..) to
if(req.reply_len != 3 && req.reply_len != 7)

This is also off the top of my head, so I know it's not totally correct.
