this is probably m68K, should run Debian/m68K but check the various
sites first.  m68K machines are painfully slow by todays standards.

don't know much about these.

out of these i would say the best bet for running Debian GNU/Linux
would be the 7600's, the powerbook 3400 might be ok, but i am not
certain.  (it might be nubus in which case it won't run anything but
mklinux, though the linux kernel is finally getting support for nubus,
this is still immature)
