Bug#57205: gnapster hangs with "awaiting login reply" (PowerPC)
Package: gnapster
Version: 1.3-5
Severity: important
When I try to run gnapster, I get the following:
Connected(208.184.216.208:5555)...awaiting login reply...
and then nothing happens, if I try to disconnect and reconnect, or if
I wait several hours. I can see the following output:
rdreyer:~$ gnapster&
[1] 1025
rdreyer:~$ ip = 208.184.216.208, port = 5555

with a new line of the type "unknown[214] -> 2695 203067 798" being
added every few minutes.
I have no problem connecting to the napster server from MacOS on the
same machine and network so I know it's not a network problem.
I am running Debian 2.2, kernel 2.2.14 on a Power Mac.
