packages dependencies

Hello,

I've just installed the debian powerpc, and I unpacked the gnat_3.11p-16.deb
all goes fine but I didn't complain about the binutils_2.9.1.0.25-2.deb 
installation (I've done it after) but it need it for the as utility 
(gnatgcc: installation problem, cannot exec `as': No such file or directory)

After DPKGed the binutils I tryed to compile once again and I get :
ld: cannot open crt1.o: No such file or directory

Where can I find it ?

Do I need to install an other gcc with this file ?
