I see you updated popularity-contest on ubuntu:

 popularity-contest (1.56ubuntu1) raring; urgency=low

   * Resynchronize with Debian, remaining changes:
     - Set debconf question priority from "high" to "medium"
     - Remove mail-transport-agent recommends
     - Branding changes in the description and homepage
     - Upload uncompressed reports
     - Set submiturls to popcon.ubuntu.com

I would like to make two comments:
1) Do you know that popcon.ubuntu.com is not updating since 
Fri Jul 6 10:55:54 2012 UTC and is probably unmaintained since
dapper ?

2) Is there any reason why you cannot update popcon.ubuntu.com
to accept compressed reports ? That would save a tremendous amount
of bandwidth.
