[Popcon-developers] move of popcon.d.o to a new machine

I do not think we have been made aware of this new procedure before.
In any case, I followed the procedure in the above link and I can
now sudo -u popcon. Thanks for the explanation.

I wonder whether it would not be best to move popcon back to 
people.debian.org rather to a new host, because this make easier for Debian
developers to access raw popcon result. This was a problem for qa.debian.org
and http://people.debian.org/~igloo/status.php when people was moved to ravel.
