Debian RT: [Popcon-developers] 550 when trying to send mail

[This is mostly a resent to RT, with clarified wording.]

Dear Debian admins,

It seems gluck.debian.org mail server is rejecting some emails sent to the
popcon.debian.org virtual domain. Unfortunately they were legitimate popcon
submissions.

Is it possible to reduce spam filtering for the popcon.debian.org
virtual domain ? Since popcon mails are simply stored and automatically
processed, spam is not a major concern.

Cheers,
