[Popcon-developers] typo in package description

Hello Petter,

there is a typo in the package description:

 This information helps making decisions such as which packages should
 go on the first CD.  Also, it helps improving can improve future
                                     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
 versions of the distribution so that the most popular packages are
 the ones which are installed automatically for new users.

I propose to change that to 

 This information helps us making decisions such as which packages
 should go on the first CD. It also let us improve future versions
 of Debian so that the most popular packages are the ones which are
 installed automatically for new users.
