[Popcon-developers] Incorrect charset in tr.po (Was: [Popcon-commits] cvs commit to popularity-contest/debian/po by adn-guest)

The charset in tr.po is wrong.  It claim to be UTF-8, but generate
errors like this when I try to update the translations:

  tr.po:24:21: invalid multibyte sequence
  tr.po:24:36: invalid multibyte sequence

Can you have a look at it?
