[Popcon-developers] moving popcon-stat.pl to sid version of libchart-perl

Hello Petter,

Currently popcon-stat.pl needs the woody version of libchart-perl
because the sarge version was too buggy. The sid version is fixed
now so I plan to migrate to it, so that etch libchart-perl will be supported
by popcon-stat.pl.

This mean I will replace on gluck the forwardport of libchart-perl by a
backport.

So expect a popcon upload this week-end.
