You might want to use:

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.alioth.debian.org:/cvsroot/popcon co popularity-contest


Please mention me whether this is correct. If so, I'll update the D-I
i18n documentation which is probably the source for the erroneous
checkout line.

Closing this bug which has anyway nothign to do with popcon itself.
