As described in mails before, add this functionality to popcon server and=20

It could be a non-default option, so not everybody have to use it.

I would say 28024/74155 ~=3D 38 %.
I think is is NOT the case of "will not get you much", isn't it?

Please consider to think about it and discuss it with involved people again.
