[Popcon-developers] Bug#229539: popularity-contest: wish to setup From address

/etc/popularity-contest.conf seems don't set MAILFROM as default, and
leave 'from address' to MTA side.
This is valid if machine connects Internet directly, but is maybe
invalid if in firewall or NAT.
I think user can choice From address by debconf. Default mail
address can be gotten from /etc/mailname.
