Nope, I just tried to build it and I have for all tests:

for module DBD::SQLite:

undefined symbol: sqlite3_column_table_name at
/usr/lib/perl/5.12/DynaLoader.pm line 192.

apt-get source libdbd-sqlite3-perl
pbuilder build libdbd-sqlite3-perl_1.33-1.dsc
I created bug 647902 in sqlite3-0 to follow issue
