I vaguely remember massive head trauma ;-)

Math::PARI is not something that can be easily packaged for us. I
don't really remember the details (but if you want to have fun, feel
free to look at #439339 / #440527). In short, Math::PARI really wants
to download and build PARI's sources, install them, and build against
it.
Yes , and libcrypt-dsa-perl has some code which has copyright and i sent a mail to upstream author to ask "is this redistributable or not " but not received any mail from him.
