Included in mod_perl (libapache2-mod-perl2)

You do know about the "apt-file search Apache/Test.pm" command, no? :)

In perl core: $ apt-file search IO/Dir.pm
perl: /usr/lib/perl/5.10.0/IO/Dir.pm

different module.
