Check of perl modules

Sending the ITPs for the following packages :
- libiptables-parse-perl :

I have been forwarded to this mailing list.
It seems everything works fine, however I would be glad if
someone could have a look at them, just to make sure I do
things the way they have to be done.

from my own repository, as I am waiting for them to be uploaded
to the debian repository.
