No section I know of.

My error was that I thought we'd remove libversion-perl from the
build-deps because perl-modules get's pulled in anyway, and than I
thought "but then we need to mention perl-modules as it's not
build-essential ...".

Don't ask me where this wrong assumption came from; and sorry for the
noise.
