Right, otherwise this is a mess. And having only "upload-enabled"
people in the field is more logical anyway.

Ack.
And these thoughts can lead to the idea that starting from scratch
with the Uploaders field can be one possibility :)
Obviously just fixing the field while working on a package is fine
too.
