Hi,
it looks to me like the error is because of the fix for #59209
in libunicode-map8-perl, where the charset names really live.
Our .diff.gz adds aliases for cp1250 => windows-1250 through to
cp1258 => windows-1258 .
I'm not sure what's the right way to proceed. Patch the tests in
libi18n-charset-perl as well?
