GSoC weekly report of Georgios Pipilis for week 8

For the last week:

- Finally confirmed that everything is fixed with the nameserver.
Created some new containers in order to test this
- Finalized, tested and pushed the bash script that automates all of
our docker functions
- Added some more redirections to our apache configuration in order to
protect sensitive parts of the server
- Started solving a postfix issue that prevents emailing
identification links to users
- Created a different way of obtaining identification links, for now,
in order to test whether the proxy server is fully working after all
the updates (will run these tests today)
- Updated relevant documentation
