Hello,

If an equation is in the same slide as text that was saved in a
powerpoint 2007-2019 format (pptx) using a contemporary version of
Microsoft Powerpoint (I personally tested with Microsoft Office
Professional Plus 2016, but it probably also happens with other and
later versions)), then all text in the slide will duplicate and the
duplicate text will shift up and overlay ontop of the original text
making the text hard to read. I tested this on the latest version of
LibreOffice (6.4.2.2 Windows 10 build) and it's not an issue in that
version. I expect the text not to be duplicated to a point of being
hard to read.

Hello,

As you say this bug is already fixed in 6.4.2.2 and Debian stable switched to 7.0.4 some time ago. So this report is deprecated.

if you still find this bug in the last LO version provided by Debian open a bug report at https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/enter_bug.cgi because it's not an integration error.

Regards,
