Especially in experimental... Where this upload was just for build and
autopkgtest testing mainly (which don't test partial upgrades, though -
and are broken right now anyways - to be fixed when I get all the
test-autopkgtest runs working) :)

Ah, that again, seems again a case similar as of
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=994624 ...

Just that in this case it simply seems to be a new function, thus no
Breaks: needed..
