As you say "all German dictionaries", note upstream doesn't necessarily mean
mean the frami thingy.
hunspell-de-* (not frami) is built from source by
igerman98. Same for other languages: hunspell-nl from dutch,
hunspell-en-* (except -gb) from scowl etc.
The "frami" things are "special" in that I just ship here wha
libreoffice-dictionaries provides. I am not going to report anything on
then, I think people should just use the "official" de_* things. (aka
igerman98)...
