Why -base? You should try first with low-level like ure, uno-libs3 or
libreoffice-core before trying -base (yes, I know the name is confusing.)

Is your system clean otherwise? What does a apt-get -f install do? Does it
work after that?

Also tried with ftp.task.gda.pl now. Works, too.
