Actually, it ran very smooth for a long time! That is, if you're not meaning to say that using nvidia-driver instead of nouveau is wrecking the system... :o)
I hope someday Nouveau will have all the features, that the nvidia-blob has.

How could I switch off OpenGL for LibreOffice?
